We respect the value of our clients' time — and we ask the same in return. To maintain fairness and deliver consistent quality, please review our cancellation and design billing policy:
⏰ Cancellation Window
Cancellations must be submitted in writing within 72 hours of signing a service agreement. After that window, any completed design work will be charged in full.
💳 Applied Fees
Administrative Fee $149.98 (non-refundable)
Design Work (Hourly) $65.00/hour for any completed tasks
