For general inquiries, you can reach us at info@counntydirectories.net For questions concerning your bill, be sure to include your business name, both county and state you are in, and the invoice number along with the best way to get in touch with you should there be any additional follow-up needed from us.  All sales are FINAL.  Cancellations/Returns should be received in writing within 72 hours of the original purchase being made. RECEIPT REQUIRED. All orders are subject to a  $159.98 cancellation/return fee.  Design time will be billed at the rate of $150.00 an hour and applied to all cancelled orders.  All open invoices must be paid prior to the cancellation being processed  

Business Hours

 Our hours of operation are as follows Monday to Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM and we are closed for lunch every day from 12 noon to 1 PM. Closed Sundays nights, weekends, and holidays.  Should you need after hour attention please leave a message whether it's verbal or digital and someone will get back to you just as soon as we possibly can.
